 Have failed to get the Recovery Toolbox to work on a 15GB .ost file but still trying to achieve it. Will revert with further comments in due course. What advice have you got for large file conversion? Any assistance gladly received.

For some reason we had a problem installing/sharing with the receiving computer. I had to make a call to the tech support. They were courteous and to the point. Got the problem worked out and so far... it is SWEET!

Nice Feature On the whole the product looks good. We need a feature sort of thing where if the archive is stored in central repository, everyone should be able to access the individual mails rather than that of archive. After a long and fruitless search for a programme to help me get rid of duplicate e-mails, I finally found Duplicates Remover for Outlook! It is the first such program I have used that is effective and easy to use. "Trial version limitations" I downloaded and installed your Dup. remover for Outlook. A trial limitation of 10 files? You've got to be kidding me! If I only had 10 dup messages I wouldn't have downloaded your "product"! Due to some kind of software error, I have 10's of thousands of duplicate files across a dozen Outlook folders. Fast and efficient - well done! This software was a breeze to install and get the job done. I had the problem of 3 or more duplicates on my cell phone due to syncing from different gadgets. IPOD, PHONE, PDA etc. The problem came to light really when I ran out of contact space on my phone. This product fixed all the duplicates in my outlook contents and then when I sychronised my phone, I had only used a quarter of the memory. Thank you for a great piece of software. A bargain for the hours that I would have spend trying to sort it out manually. ...
